This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in employment law to take the next step in their career in a flexible and collaborative environment.The Role: You will handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising both employers and employees. This includes:
- Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Handling disciplinary and grievance matters
- Advising on redundancy and restructuring processes
- Representing clients at Employment Tribunal hearings
- Providing ongoing advice to corporate clients on day-to-day employment issues
- Qualified Solicitor (2+ years PQE preferred, but all levels considered)
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
