- Lead the divisional people strategy, aligning HR priorities to operational and commercial goals
- Partner with senior leadership to influence culture, capability, and performance
- Manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners across multiple sites
- Act as a key advisor on complex ER issues, policy, and employment law
- Translate people data into meaningful insight and decision-making
- Support transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Build strong strategic relationships across the divisional leadership team
- Lead delivery of operational HR across a multi-site, regulated environment
- Champion cultural alignment, engagement, and high performance
- Oversee talent planning, succession, and workforce capability
- Guide the people aspects of change initiatives including TUPE and restructures
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practice
- Report divisional KPIs and workforce trends to executive leadership
- £70,000 – £80,000 per annum + car allowance

- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
