Branch Sales Supervisor - Travis Perkins, Bath (BA2 3EE)Are you ready to lead from the front and deliver outstanding service every day? As a Branch Sales Supervisor at Travis Perkins, you'll play a key role in inspiring your team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth and safe day-to-day running of our branch.What will you be doing?No two days are the same in a Travis Perkins branch - and that's what makes it exciting.   • Lead by example: You will support and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Be the face of the branch: You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer, many of whom you'll get to know by name.
  • Drive sales: From preparing quotes and handling product queries to advising on purchases, you'll help turn every customer interaction into a great result.
  • Maintain safety and stock flow: You will oversee the safe and efficient movement of goods around the branch, keeping both colleagues and customers safe by following all health and safety procedures.
What do you need to succeed?This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, so we're looking for someone who can offer:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader position, ideally in a customer service or retail environment.
  • A passion for delivering excellent service and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
