- Level 6 qualification. (Qualifications at this level include an undergraduate degree.
- Spreadsheet capability to an advanced level
- Understanding of reward issues in higher education (desirable)
- CIPD membership/ qualification (desirable)
- Hybrid working, allowing up to 4 days remote work per week.
