Start Date: October 2025 Pay: From £89 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with autism? We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our energetic team at an all-ages autism school in Reading. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who has a genuine love for supporting children with additional needs and is motivated by their own personal reasons for working in an autism setting. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting the learning, communication and social development of pupils with autism. • Creating and adapting activities that enable all children to access learning at their own pace. • Providing consistent care, encouragement and structure throughout the school day. • Assisting with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner. • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil. • Promoting independence, confidence and positive experiences for every child.
