With hands-on training, meaningful responsibility, and the backing of a supportive, fast-growing business, this is your chance to build a long-term career doing what you love surrounded by great people.About the RoleAs Assistant Manager, you'll be working closely with your General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while making sure your team delivers excellent food and service with a smile.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Helping to lead daily operations across the site
  • Ordering stock, managing quality control, and supporting forecasting
  • Developing, coaching and inspiring your team
  • Upholding high food quality and customer service standards
  • Taking the lead in shifts and stepping up when the General Manager is off-site
