Sectors spanning government, education, transport, energy, and commercial sectors, you’ll play a key role in delivering industry-leading projects from concept through to completion.The RoleAs a Senior Building Surveyor, in addition to project delivery, you will provide high-quality professional Building Surveying services, including condition surveys, building, technical due diligence and dilapidations.Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a broad range of Building Surveying duties across multiple sectors
- Lead client engagement and ensure consistent service delivery
- Conduct building pathology assessments and prepare detailed reports
- Perform due diligence and condition surveys
- Administer contracts and oversee project delivery
- RICS Chartered (MRICS) with a RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
- Demonstrated experience in both professional and project-based Building Surveying
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Able to travel within the region and occasionally further afield
