This role will oversee rewards programs across a global remit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing reward strategies and systems.The Reward & Benefit Manager will:
  • Design and manage effective reward strategies and programs.
  • Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with wider HR team and management to develop reward schemes and on job evaluation and grading processes.
  • Provide advice and training to HR and managers on reward processes and policies.
  • Oversee annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus processes.
