NOW HIRING: Experienced Welders – TelfordOwen Payne Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading Steel Manufacturing company in the Telford area to recruit skilled Welders!If you're confident in your welding abilities and ready to take the next step in your career – this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficient in MIG welding (TIG experience a bonus!)
  • Fully time-served or qualified (weld test at interview)
  • Skilled in working with various material thicknesses
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Flexible to support additional duties as needed
Working Hours:
  • Mon–Thurs: 16:30 till 05:00
  • 48 hours per week
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday off
Pay & Overtime Rates:
  • Basic: £14.50 per hour
  • Additional Time & 1/3 on any hours worked after 39 hours
  • Weekday OT: Time + 1/3
  • Saturday OT: Time + 1/2
  • Sunday OT: Double time
