  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Curriculum for Wales
  • A caring, organised approach and excellent teamwork skills
  • Experience supporting children with ALN
  • Confidence in managing both the educational and leadership demands of the role
Your Role Will Include:
  • Supporting the unique needs of each child, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
  • Planning, observing, and maintaining high standards of care and education
  • Handling paperwork and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with parents, colleagues, and external agencies
