Since opening, we’ve built a team that feels more like a family and now, as we prepare to open our final unit, we’re looking for kind-hearted Care Assistants to help us welcome new residents with the same warmth, dignity and compassion that’s earned us a 9.9 rating on carehome.co.uk.We also offer:
  • £12.70 per hour.
  • Full-time roles (33–44 hours) on day or night shifts.

A day in the Life:As a Care Assistant, this isn’t just a job. It’s a role where you’ll become a trusted presence in someone’s life helping them get ready in the morning, sharing a chat over lunch, or simply being there with a smile when they need it most. You’ll help residents maintain their independence, deliver personal care with empathy, and be part of a strong, supportive team who genuinely care for one another.   • Ideally, an SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
  • Previous experience in a care home or health & social care role (6–12 months preferred).
  • A calm, kind, and reliable approach to supporting others.
  • A team spirit and a passion for helping others live well.
