Their culture is creative, dynamic, and collaborative.As an Associate Director within the Cardiff Planning team, you will lead and contribute to the successful delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for a variety of private and public sector clients.This role presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the growth and development of an established and successful office. Ideal candidate will have;MRTPI qualified with a minimum of six years’ experience in planningStrong commercial awareness with a proven track record in both forward planning and development managementComprehensive knowledge of planning legislation and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of workExceptional analytical and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levelsConfident in client-facing situations and skilled in managing projects from conception to completionExperience working within the local areaBenefits:
