Ready to take ownership of projects from tender stage through to final account?We're seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors to join our clients commercial team as they deliver a busy programme of work for the forseable future. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contract forms, including NEC and ICC.You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, and you'll play a key role in cost control, procurement, and contract management-helping ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.What you'll do:Lead commercial management on assigned projectsPrepare financial reports, manage variations, and handle contractual noticesLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on trackOversee procurement planning and change controlPrepare interim payment applications and agree final accountsWhat we need from you:Civil engineering experience in the UKDegree in Quantity Surveying (or similar)NEC contract knowledgeValid UK driving licenceIf this sounds like you apply now!Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
