- Manage and oversee all front office operations, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service.
- Train, supervise, and support front office staff, including receptionists, concierges, and guest services agents.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize workflow.
- Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping and maintenance departments to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide local recommendations, and resolve any issues with professionalism and poise.
- Oversee the management of guest services technology and software.
- Prepare and manage the front office budget, optimising expenditures while maintaining excellent service levels.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar managerial role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and team development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera) and MS Office.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
