The Software Engineering Manager should have:
  • ✅ Proven experience managing agile software engineering teams.
  • Experience working within financial services is highly desirable for this position.
  • ✅ Strong background in object-oriented programming and software architecture.
  • ✅ Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including:
  • C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET
  • Azure Cloud Services
  • RESTful APIs & Microservices
  • Entity Framework / SQL Server
  • CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices
