Duration: After Easter until the end of July (with potential for permanent placement)
Pay: £150 - £220 per day for qualified teachers (depending on experience) £100 - £160 for unqualified Teachers.About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Teacher to join an Ofsted rated Good Secondary School in Farnborough. This temporary position offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and potentially secure a permanent role for the right candidate! The role will be teaching English to students in key Stage 3 and 4 working in a support English department.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver inspiring English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop engaging curriculum materials that cater to a diverse range of learners.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for our students.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in English Literature, Language, or a related field.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education.
  • Experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4, preferably within a UK secondary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
