If you're eager to contribute to significant architectural ventures and work alongside some of the best in the industry sector, keep reading!The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with a proven track record in leading projects and managing teams through all relevant work stages. You'll thrive in a client-facing role, directly liaising with clients to ensure their vision is executed to perfection. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior architects, helping to shape the next generation of talent within the company.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, ensuring effective communication and project satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and developing junior team members.
  • Collaborate within a friendly and engaging team environment.
Architect Requirements:
  • RIBA/ARB Registered Architect.
  • A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a UK practice.
  • Proven ability to run projects effectively.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong freehand drawing capability.
  • Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK planning application process and Building Regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
