Job Type: Full-time, PermanentTSR Legal are pleased to be partnering with a well established, forward-thinking law firm with deep roots in the North Wales region who are looking to appoint a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2-4 years PQE) to join their well-regarded property team.This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid conveyancing experience to step into a high-quality caseload, working with long-standing clients on local high-net-worth (HNW) property transactions - including bespoke homes, rural estates, and coastal properties.The Firm:Our client is a respected regional firm with offices in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. With a longstanding reputation for excellent client service and professional integrity, the firm advises generations of families and high-value private clients across North Wales.You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team that prioritises quality over volume and fosters a supportive and collaborative working culture.The Role:You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, predominantly for private clients and HNW individuals.
