Job Reference: 86576Branch ManagerWe are looking for an experienced, driven and motivated candidate to run our busy MOT and repair centre based in Hillingdon.Salary Expectations:
  • Basic Salary: £45k to £54k per year
  • Bonus Scheme: £6k to £15k per year
  • On Target Earnings: £51k to £60k+ per year
  • £3,000 signing-on fee paid within the first 6 months
This busy site is well placed in a local community and provides MOTs, servicing, and repairs for all makes and models to both retail and trade customers. The garage handles all types of repairs-from basic maintenance to more complex jobs including clutches, cambelts, timing belts, and head gasket replacements.The site has built a strong reputation in the local area, and the role is ideally suited to an experienced manager who can deliver an exceptional customer journey while driving and growing the business.Our Client is a family-run business that has been operating successfully for over 40 years. With 18 locations in total, the company’s core values have remained unchanged. All staff and customers are treated with the utmost respect at all times.The company prides itself on outstanding customer service, quality workmanship, and honesty. As this is a customer-facing role, the ideal candidate must be aspirational and capable of ensuring the business is developed and maintained to the highest standards.Requirements:
The successful candidate must have prior experience in managing a workshop, including overseeing staff, managing parts, and handling returns. Main dealer experience is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with the MOT scheme is also desirable.Key Responsibilities:
  • Site maintenance and upkeep
  • Customer care and service delivery
  • Job card creation
  • Invoicing
  • Parts ordering and returns
  • Cashing up and banking
  • Staff management and scheduling
  • Time management
  • Liaising with Head Office
  • Monthly reporting
Bonus Scheme:
The bonus structure is based on the branch’s combined MOT and labour sales, not individual performance.
