We have an exciting 12 month secondment / fixed term opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist to join the team Urgent community response team in the Exeter South & West Cluster. The team supports to facilitate hospital discharge as well as the prevention of admission, working to optimise a patients ability and quality of life. There is close working with the community rehabilitation and community nursing teams and the team is well supported with clinical leadership with a structured supervision and in-service training programme.The service operates from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week and covers the areas of Broadclyst, Pinhoe, Topsham, Exminster, Alphington, St Thomas and Starcross.Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. The service operates from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week, with shifts to cover this on a rota basis.
