This is a full-time locum role, initially for three months with a strong possibility of extension. What you will do:
  • Provide specialised support and intervention to individuals recovering from opiate addiction, working together to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand individual needs, designing tailored recovery plans alongside clients to help them achieve their goals.
  • Deliver group and one-to-one recovery programmes, supporting service users through key stages of their recovery journey.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring collaboration with other professionals for a cohesive approach to service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes to monitor progress and comply with organisational policies.
  • Signpost and refer individuals to other relevant services where further assistance is required, prioritising a whole-life recovery model.
