
Certification Engineer - EMC standards

- Perform EMC testing (emissions and immunity) and analyze results to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct environmental testing, including temperature and humidity assessments, and analyze outcomes.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to ensure certification processes align with design specifications.
- Oversee and maintain IEC17025 laboratory accreditation, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Adapt to new technologies and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Deep knowledge of relevant EMC standards (e.g., CISPR, EN, FCC) and regulations for various products and industries.
- Experience with EMC test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and EMC chambers.
- Familiarity with three-phase test sets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and innovate.
- Ability to develop and enhance processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and respond to demanding customer requests.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter, energetic, results-oriented, and able to multitask
- Knowledge of IEC17025 laboratory standards and accreditation processes.
- Experience with GE protection products.
- Familiarity with IEC61850 protocols.
- Understanding of protection relays.
