Flexsource NI are working exclusively with a client based in the Newry area in the recruitment of a Showroom Manager on a full time, permanent basis, with a salary of up to £35,000 based on experience.This role will involve 1-2 days per week being spent in the Belfast showroom.Responsibilities:· Maintaining both Newry and Belfast showrooms, ensuring layouts and merchandising are up to date.· Monitoring stock levels of showrooms and ordering stock as required· Proactively get involved in all customer service and sales activities· Manage social media content and online presence, coordinating product promotions and seasonal campaigns· Scheduling rotas for staff, ensuring both sites are adequately staffed at all times· Supervise and support showroom staff, encouraging a positive working environment whilst also delegating tasks as appropriate· Review sales transactions ensuring accuracy and promotions are inline with company policy.· Identify areas for improvements in all customer service and workflow processesRequirements:· Previous experience within a showroom setting, ideally with a focus on timber products· Previous leadership or management within a showroom or retail environment· Strong promotional skills through social media· Comfortable with managing processes and identifying improvementsApply today, or for more information contact Ciaran at Flexsource NI on 02890725600
