- A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in managing audit engagements within professional services.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and finance standards.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
