- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Production, QC, and Engineering Managers.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, MHRA, and other regulatory standards.
- Oversee production of PET and SPECT imaging products.
- Manage site maintenance, equipment validation, and critical utilities.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for production and distribution.
- Support staff training, development, and recruitment initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to safety, radiation, and security protocols.
- Proven experience in radiopharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
- Strong line management experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing production facilities and technical operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to deputize for senior leadership when required.
