- St Mark's Hospital: an internationally renowned specialist centre for bowel disease
- Ealing Hospital: a busy district general hospital providing a range of clinical services, as well as 24/7 emergency department and urgent care centre, and specialist care at Meadow House Hospice
- Central Middlesex Hospital: our planned care site, hosting a range of surgical and outpatient services and collocated with an urgent care centre.
- NVQ Level 4 or experience in a relevant field.
- SQL experience
- Track record of continuous professional development
- ITIL foundation or above
- Training qualification
- Experience in supporting end-users with Digital Applications in a healthcare setting.
- Experience of managing a busy workload with conflicting priorities
- Demonstrable experience working within customer-focused teams and project work streams to achieve shared goals
- Experience in the planning and delivery of IT training to small and large groups
- Experience of Application Management including change management, system testing
- Customer focus; able to identify, develop and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Personal leadership; able to motivate and support team colleagues
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact appropriately with staff at all levels (clinical and non-clinical)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to deliver high quality training materials and packages for a variety of training interventions including e-learning and face to face training to small and large groups
- Ability to interpret reports and advise managers on likely problem areas using narrative and graphical presentations.
