  • Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting activities to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team to improve processes and efficiencies.
Finance Assistant - Growing CompanyFully onsite - Hybrid working after probation periodA successful Finance Assistant should have:
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • AAT qualified or part qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
  • 1/2 years experience in a similar role - preferably purchase ledger
  • Experience with Sage 200 would be desirable
