  • Be the reference point of contact between the Brand and the 3PL on site to monitor and manage daily execution (forecast, plan, execute)
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Regularly monitor and update inventory records using SAP and warehouse reports.
  • Perform accurate and timely stock counts to maintain inventory integrity and minimize discrepancies
  • Generate regular reports to track performance/ KPI and identify areas for improvement
  • Support the quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the required standards and are in good condition before shipping to customers or other locations
  • Block and unblock Stock physically and in our ERP System
  • Overview all incoming inspection to the correct inspection book with the external Quality team
  • Audit Quality inspection, Training of external Quality inspectors on new product quality inspection
  • Report abnormal container shipment and agree on next actions
  • Support reworks in our warehouse, Review SOP for reworks, Support, instruct and train external Quality team in reworks
  • Conduct weekly product audits and occasional quality audits coming from customer claims or production facilities

  • Proven experience in logistics operations (preferably in warehousing)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and inventory control best practices
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and record-keeping
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Quality assurance
  • Independent way of working
