- Be the reference point of contact between the Brand and the 3PL on site to monitor and manage daily execution (forecast, plan, execute)
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Regularly monitor and update inventory records using SAP and warehouse reports.
- Perform accurate and timely stock counts to maintain inventory integrity and minimize discrepancies
- Generate regular reports to track performance/ KPI and identify areas for improvement
- Support the quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the required standards and are in good condition before shipping to customers or other locations
- Block and unblock Stock physically and in our ERP System
- Overview all incoming inspection to the correct inspection book with the external Quality team
- Audit Quality inspection, Training of external Quality inspectors on new product quality inspection
- Report abnormal container shipment and agree on next actions
- Support reworks in our warehouse, Review SOP for reworks, Support, instruct and train external Quality team in reworks
- Conduct weekly product audits and occasional quality audits coming from customer claims or production facilities
- Proven experience in logistics operations (preferably in warehousing)
- Basic knowledge of SAP and inventory control best practices
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and record-keeping
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Quality assurance
- Independent way of working
