As a Finance and Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our Finance and Payroll teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include payroll processing, pension administration, and delivering excellent customer service. You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills while gradually taking on more complex tasks related to payroll and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process high volumes of payroll documentation, including time sheets, invoices, credit notes, expenses, and pension contributions, ensuring all are completed on time.Prepare, calculate, and verify payrolls and payments in compliance with UK tax regulations and internal company policies.Provide exceptional customer service by handling payroll and pension inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.Utilise Excel to reconcile payroll and pension transactions, ensuring precision in deductions and contributions.Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in payroll and pension records, offering effective and timely solutions.Assist with pension scheme administration and ensure compliance, including the timely processing of all contributions.Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary payroll and pension documentation.About You:
