They're on the lookout for experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their integrated team of educators and therapists.It’s a setting built on care, purpose, and aspiration—supporting children aged 3 to 11 with a range of additional needs, including autism, PMLD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and communication challenges. The goal? Helping every child grow in confidence, capability, and curiosity.What you’ll be doing:Providing consistent, compassionate 1:1 or small-group supportHelping pupils access learning across EYFS and primary phasesSupporting individual education plans alongside teachers and therapistsCreating inclusive, engaging learning environmentsEncouraging self-esteem, communication, and personal developmentSupporting with regulation, mobility, and daily routinesWhat we’re looking for:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Experience working with children with complex needsCalm, reliable, and collaborative—you’re the steady hand pupils can rely on
