Vehicle Technician required in Billericay, Essex.Our client is a family-run Independent Prestige Specialist Garage based in Billericay, they are actively looking to hire an additional Vehicle Technician for their workshop.The owner of the business become an expert in his field and over 10 years ago branched out on his own creating a highly successful and thriving business.The vehicles they work on are primarily German brands although they will work on all makes and models presented to them by customers. Work done here ranges from a basic service and minor repairs up to more complex diagnostic work, they also do MOT's on site too.This role would ideally suit a Vehicle Technician who has experience and ability in mechanical and servicing work as well as excellent technical diagnostic knowledge i.e. good understanding of electrical wiring diagrams, how electronic systems work and how to troubleshoot diagnosis of vehicles and go further into fixing diagnostic problems.Details & Benefits of this Vehicle Technician role:
  • Monday - Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Alternate Saturday rota worked 8.00am to 1.00pm.
  • Competitive Basic Salary up to £40,000 (this will be dependent on your experience, skill set and qualifications held.
  • Occasional Overtime Rate at Time+Half.
  • Holiday Allowance: 20 + bank holidays
  • Company Pension: Yes
  • Start Date: April 2024
  • Contract: Ful Time, Permanent.
