- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans aligned with brand and system priorities.
- Build sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers across health boards.
- Identify opportunities through data and insights to support appropriate local uptake of medicines.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver a unified customer experience and support strategic account management.
- Ensure compliance with ABPI and internal SOPs.
- Preparing the environment for the launch of a new product to ensure effective readiness.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment and NHS systems.
- Experience in key account management, sales, or a healthcare-related role.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
- ABPI qualified.
- Digitally confident (Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM tools).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder networks.
- Experience with launches of new products and specialist commissioning.
