
Senior HE Quality and Assessment Analyst

- Support in the training, mentoring and upskilling of the wider team for their specialist area

- Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries
- Use customer relationship management tools to identify opportunities to support customers further and improve the customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators, including analysing reports, and taking relevant action where needed
- Analyse assessment performance data with a view to making improvements and defending sampling decisions in relation to our associate sampling findings.
- Be a technical specialist in one or more of the key assessment processes and maintain the relevant documentation relating to this.
- Responsible for accurate Assessment management for their allocated sectors
- Responding to key external or internal requirements, and with continued improvement and simplification in mind.
- Managing performance of contractors
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate content production and timely assessment results
- Be able to learn quickly, be curious and imaginative
- Have assessment experience

- Hold a degree or other relevant qualification or experience within the education sector
