You will need excellent customer service skills and will need to be confident speaking to citizens both in person and on the telephone.About the CandidateAs a Business Support Officer, you will provide admin. support to the professional staff within the INT. The duties are varied but may include meeting and greeting citizens at reception, answering the telephone, data input, scanning and uploading of documents, taking notes/minutes at meetings, ordering goods and services, payment of petty cash, processing of invoices and many other administrative tasks. Regardless of the team they are based in, through the work that they do, Business Support Officers play a valuable role in helping residents of Manchester.
