While you’ll be based in one store, you’ll be part of a supportive, growth-focused team culture that actively encourages development and progression.Why You Might Like This One
  • Salary: £25,812 per year (min wage +20p)
  • Bonus: £100–£150 per month (based on shared team sales targets)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week | 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch) | Alternate full or one weekend

  • Holiday: 28 days annual leave + your birthday off
  • Location: Cheshire & Wirral
About the PracticeThere are multiple locations across the Cheshire & Wirral region, but you will be based in one store.
  • Larger store: Located in the heart of the town, this practice has 4 test rooms and a team of 20–25 staff, including Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, and Optical Assistants.
  • Smaller store: A welcoming location within a supermarket, offering excellent parking and nearby cafés/shops. The team here is around 10 people with 3 test rooms.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting Optometrists and Dispensing staff in delivering excellent patient care
  • Dispensing and fitting spectacles
  • Guiding patients through their journey with friendly, professional service
  • Supporting the wider team to achieve smooth daily operations
  • Playing a key role in building a positive, high-performing team environment
