The Delegate Sales Advisor will work within the Media & Agency industry, focusing on connecting clients with high-value event opportunities. This permanent role is centred around delivering excellent sales results and fostering productive client relationships.Key responsibilities include:
  • · Minimum of 3 hours outbound calling per day.
  • · Pitching minimum 10 decision makers (DMs)/ influencers per day, 50 per week.
  • · Professional level of written correspondence, sales forecasting and reporting (including accurate time frames on deal closing).
  • · Maintain a repeat business ratio of 50% on delegates
  • · We expect high levels organization and day-to-day planning; giving great attention to managing pipelines, contact management.
  • · Demonstrating maturity about your business, being fully accountable for your activities and results.
  • · The role will require selling globally, into different time zones.

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within the Media & Agency industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is advantageous.
