
Delegate Sales Advisor

- · Minimum of 3 hours outbound calling per day.
- · Pitching minimum 10 decision makers (DMs)/ influencers per day, 50 per week.
- · Professional level of written correspondence, sales forecasting and reporting (including accurate time frames on deal closing).
- · Maintain a repeat business ratio of 50% on delegates
- · We expect high levels organization and day-to-day planning; giving great attention to managing pipelines, contact management.
- · Demonstrating maturity about your business, being fully accountable for your activities and results.
- · The role will require selling globally, into different time zones.
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within the Media & Agency industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
- A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and building relationships.
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is advantageous.
- A keen interest in events and the wider media industry.
