- Be the key point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
- Identify new business opportunities through a proactive sales approach
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless property launches
- Ensure outstanding service levels to our developer clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities
- Experience in New Homes Sales, Estate Agency, or business development
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Resilient, positive, and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT proficient (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
- Full UK driving licence - This role is primarily field-based
