Employment Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF: 0652
  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors, Legal Executives or experienced Paralegals with a minimum of 1 Years PQE ideally with both respondent and claimant experience.
  • You will be responsible for your own caseload whilst supporting partner leads in both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Your caseload will include settlement agreements, redundancy situations, TUPE, unfair and constructive dismissal claims, equality and discrimination claims, grievances and disciplinaries and restrictive covenants.
  • You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
  • You will be a driven, determined and ambitious individual looking to excel within this highly regarded firm.
