The vacancyHours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)Location: Areas to be covered within the South Region include; Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Bristol and Devon.We are currently looking to recruit to this fantastic opportunity here at Housing 21, for the role of Extra Care - Operations Support Manager.Within this new role you will support and assist the Regional Senior Leadership Team and Operational Team in managing a portfolio of Extra care services in a defined geographical patch to ensure high quality housing and care services are maintained and resident satisfaction is achieved.You will support the Regional Extra Care Managers by ensuring consistent management cover for Extra Care schemes without a dedicated manager, prioritising service quality and our residents' experience, whilst ensuring employee engagement.The successful candidate will provide an enhanced and pro-active management support to regional teams, with a focus on intensive support, action planning and oversight for Extra Care schemes identified through our data as at risk of non-compliance or poor-quality.You will also assist in the management support within the Region for change initiatives, ensuring schemes flagged as outliers are provided with additional support and coaching ensuring the change is successfully embedded.This is a mobile role where frequent travel across the area will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
