This specialization offers you the chance to cultivate profound global operational proficiency while also gaining insights and access to the remarkable scientific and medical acumen our exceptional experts provide.What you will doOversight and accountability for the successful conduct of assigned projectsLine management responsibility for the recruitment, training, development and performance review of personnelIn cooperation with business and senior management, responsible for the strategy and acquisition of new businessResponsible for developing and maintaining effective client relationshipsAlliance Partnership responsibilitySub-TA Head responsibilityWhat you will bring to the roleDemonstrated excellent Leadership skills, able to delegate effectively and prioritise own and workload of project team membersSound planning and organizational skills, able to effectively solve problems and make decisionsProven financial analytical skillsDisplays effective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong marketing and negotiation skillsExperienced in the creation and implementation of new processesYour experience12+ years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience including 8 years demonstrated skills and competency in clinical project management tasks and the management of staff.University/college degree (life science preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities.Experience in managing global drug development programsExperience working with Psychedelics and/or Dementia studies is required for this role.Available for domestic and international travel, including overnight. staysWe love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.To view our other roles, check out our careers page at !
