Position: Full-Time (Office-Based)About the Role:
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well established and busy law firm in Cwmbran is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a full-time, office-based basis. You will manage a caseload of up to 100 residential property files with the support of a dedicated legal assistant. The caseload includes a varied mix of local work and panel referrals.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of up to 100 residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completionHandle all aspects of residential transactions including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, transfers of equity, and remortgagesEnsure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout the processLiaise professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitorsMaintain accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management systemWork collaboratively with a dedicated legal assistant to ensure smooth file progressionRequirements:Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with the ability to manage a high-volume caseloadStrong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finishExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to communicate effectively and maintain strong client relationshipsProficiency in using case management systems and digital toolsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a busy office environmentWorking Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (office-based only)Salary:
