
Group IT Project Manager - Retail

- Lead the coordination and delivery of business and technical projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Define project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
- Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs through appropriate controls
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs and formal reporting to IT leadership
- Oversee quality control, risk and change management processes
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to manage interdependencies
- Engage stakeholders across Group and Regional IT, Finance, Commercial, HR, Payroll, Legal and Retail Operations
- 5+ years’ project management experience within Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality
- Proven experience managing multiple, high-profile IT projects across key business functions
- Demonstrated end-to-end delivery of CRM, CDP, website, digital PM and cross-functional IT projects
- Proficient in MS Project and Proggio (or similar portfolio/project management tools)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Strong supplier management and business analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed project controls and documentation
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach with the ability to manage pressure and prioritise effectively
- Salary: Competitive benefits with basic between 70 - 80k dependant on experience
