As Finance Business Partner you will work with commercial teams to drive the Business P&L, with financial analysis and planning being the core part of the role. The ideal candidate will be formally qualified and comfortable partnering with the senior stakeholders to offer strategic financial insights, while also owning FP&A deliverables such as budgeting, forecasting, and modelling.Finance Business Partner duties include;
  • Act as trusted partner to the Commercial teams, supporting decision-making through financial insight and advice, and collaborating to align financial strategy with commercial goals.
  • Analyse performance metrics and KPIs, identify variances, and recommend course corrections or growth opportunities.
  • Engage in pricing, savings, margin, and cost-optimisation projects to align with the organisation's revenue targets.
  • Leading the finalisation of budget process to be in line with financial strategic direction of the Company
  • Prepare regular management reporting and presentations to commercial leadership.
  • Partner with Finance Manager to facilitate managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate with relevant members to initiate and implement changes to existing financial flows.
  • Manage and comply with UK government reporting requirements and tax filing.
  • Coordinate the statutory accounting submissions and Board papers.

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a product driven environment is desirable.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on driving business performance.
