Following the huge success of its sister site, this independent venue is going from strength to strength and now seeks a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.What You’ll Do:As Chef de Partie, you’ll work across all sections, delivering consistently high-quality dishes that reflect genuine Italian flavours and style. You’ll also play an important role in supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations.Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standardsRotate across sections to build skills and versatilityMaintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environmentContribute ideas for specials and menu developmentSupport junior team members and lead by example during busy serviceBe a positive, reliable member of a close-knit kitchen teamWhat We’re Looking For:Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step upA passion for authentic Italian food and fresh, seasonal ingredientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentTeam player with a proactive and professional approachAmbition to grow — with clear progression to Sous Chef and beyond within the Settebello GroupWhat We Offer:£31,000 base salary, reviewed to £32,000 after 3 months (subject to performance)Tronc/tips currently exceeding £6,000 per year5 days per week, 2 days offClosed on December 25th, 26th & January 1st — time off to enjoy Christmas and New Year with your familyStaff accommodation available if requiredCompany pension schemeStrong career progression: this role offers a pathway to Sous Chef and ultimately Head Chef within the groupA supportive, ambitious, and growing team cultureAbout the Group:This independent restaurant group is passionate about delivering thoughtful, consistent, and elevated hospitality.
