As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced food production line. Duties will include:
- Assisting with the preparation, production, and packaging of products
- Operating a range of food manufacturing equipment including mixers, fillers and packers
- Conducting product quality checks in line with company standards
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness are maintained across all work areas
- Following strict food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a chilled environment (PPE provided)
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Previous food production experience is desirable, but not essential - full training provided
