Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to work across Secondary Schools and Additional Learning Needs (ALN) settings in the Neath & Port Talbot area.This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with a wide range of needs, including ADHD, ASD, behavioural challenges, and other additional learning needs.The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:Support pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs.Help pupils develop confidence, social skills, and independence.Ensure the safety and safeguarding of all students in your care.Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.What We’re Looking For:Experience supporting young people (in schools, care, youth work, or similar settings).A good understanding of additional needs, including ADHD, ASD, and SEMH.Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.The ability to manage behaviour positively and calmly.Knowledge of safeguarding practices (training can be provided).A full UK driving licence and access to transport is desirable due to school locations.Why Work with Teaching Personnel?Flexible work to fit around your lifestyle – part-time and full-time opportunities.Access to a wide variety of schools across Neath & Port Talbot.Ongoing training and CPD o
