Are you ready to take the lead on a dynamic broiler farm where animal welfare, team development, and operational excellence go hand in hand?We are on the lookout for a passionate Farm Manager to oversee the day to day life on the farm, ensuring the birds are thriving, the standards are sky high, and the people are growing right alongside them.What You Will Be DoingTaking full ownership of farm operations: including bird welfare, health and safety, and delivering top quality poultry to exacting standards.Managing farm budgets and hitting targets, both financial and physical.Leading and mentoring a dedicated team, creating a positive, professional and productive working environment.Upholding the highest standards in farm appearance and integrity because first impressions count, even in the countryside!Living and breathing the commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action you take.Participating in our bespoke Agriculture Academy, with the opportunity to grow your skills and shape your future as one of our next generation agriculture leaders.Help Assistant Farm Managers spread their wings and grow into future farm leaders.What You NeedHave solid experience in broiler farm managementKnow your way around a budget and can make smart, strategic decisions.You are a confident people leader who is all about collaboration and development.You are open to continuous learningUnderstand environmental compliance and sustainability on farm.Hold a full UK driving licenceBenefits
