- Extract and manage complex data and reports from secure systems, allocate cases, and monitor them through the full process
- Oversee quality assurance tracking and ensure finalised plans are securely uploaded and appropriately handled
- Collate precise payment details for plan writers, submit weekly spreadsheets, and maintain full audit trails
