What will you be doing?
  • You will lead and support engineering team development and performance.
  • Coordinate engineering resources and act as project liaison.
  • Maintain engineering tools, systems, and documentation.
  • Provide engineering expertise to support project and bid managers.
  • Resolve technical issues in coordination with clients.
  • Promote the company's reputation through industry engagement.
Where will you be doing it?
  • Our client is a SME and trusted partner to AWE. This role is likely to be a refreshing change from working for one of the larger subcontractors on site.
What you'll need:
  • SC or DV
  • Degree or HND in an engineering discipline; member of a relevant professional body.
  • 10+ years' experience in senior project delivery roles, managing multiple projects and teams.
  • Skilled in quality systems, management reporting, and leading technical teams to deliver results.
