
Product Owner - Investments Operating Model Lead (PC / MP)

- You will share our vision and passion to make Asset Managers, Wealth Managers and Private Banks more resilient and efficient, with an aim to drive better wealth accumulation, investment returns and retirement outcomes for all clients
- You will have 10+ years investment operations experience, preferably in a business or technology transformation context
- We are interested in candidates with experience of front to back investment operations, but particularly experience in one of more of the following areas: trading operations (OMS, EMS), investment research and portfolio management and back-office investment operations
- You will want to challenge the status quo and explore new methods and technologies that can benefit our clients
- You must be passionate about delivering change from strategy through to solution implementation
- You will bring knowledge of how wealth and asset managers deliver value to end-clients, control their costs and grow their business
- You will have a good understanding of the rules and regulations that they comply with and will possess expertise in relevant business process areas, key systems, and the client and intermediary relationships they serve
- You will want to build your reputation as an SME in your field and lead and develop others through coaching and thought leadership.

- Interest and aptitude in business development, including for example preparing proposals
- Willingness to lead and support internal Capco contribution, for example Thought Leadership, Recruitment events, and Market Research
- Qualifications that can help but are not mandatory for example PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma and IMC
